375 mL bottle. Faint pop on corking. Clear golden. Wisps of foam. Smells of strong cheesy funk, bordering on butyric, with stone fruit acidity and oak. Tastes of strong brett character. Earthy yeast notes cutting a peach sweetness. Still funky, but not as cheesy and vomit-y. Lingering oak. Medium body with low carbonation. A little off-putting, but does have some redeeming qualities.

375ml bottle. Bottled July/2018.
Cloudy pale gold colored body. A little bit of fizzy head goes away quickly. No lacing.
Aroma of peach and barnyard. A little sweet and a medium degree of funk. Some oak too.
Taste of peach and barnyard funk. The fruit is a little sweet but also tart. Goes into peach skin, but also Brett. There is dryness at the end, as the yeast takes hold.
Medium mouth feel. Carbonation is there but not lively.
Here is a Saison made more complex by aging on peaches and allowing the Brett to do a job to produce funk. Crisp, and a very good palate cleanser.

Pours a slightly hazy golden with a quickly dissipating head. Smells overwhelmingly of peach and Brett funk. Tastes slightly funky, strong peach flavor, a bit of wood, and leaves a sour and dry aftertaste. Highly carbonated, medium bodied. A great wild beer.
