S-Malty...some toasted malt impressions..light floral/spciy hops
T-Toasted malt combined with mildy spicy hopping...splash of alcohol too.
F-Upper Medium bodied...finishes dry..and slightly sharp...
O-Nice Maibock..reminds me a little of Schell's Maifest from back in the day but with more of full body and bit more of a toasted maltiness

12oz can, about 2 months old
Dark amber and clear. Smells like toast and honey. Very drinkable, very roasted and peppery, but an overpowering amount of sweet honey malt

Pours out of the can a crystal clear amber color with minimal head. Smells of roasty and bready malts. Tastes fairly dry but follows the nose, with an addition to an earthy finish. A robust flavor and mouthfeel to be sure.

Indeed (Milwaukee)
Taste is bread, grain, biscuit, slightly toasted bread. slightly sweet malt. Some floral hops but they are in the background.
Towards the finish there is a slightly bitter earthy yeasty flavor.
I am not sure how old the keg/batch is but it still tastes fresh and clean. It's possible the floral hops have faded some. 3.91/5
