16 cup from the tap.
L: SRM 3 or so. Has a 98% clear golden caramel look with a slightly soapy white head, goes down to soapy soft edge foam, soft carbonation bubbles, medium-thick sticky lacing.
S: Honey, caramelized malts, a hint of bread, lightly floral.
T: Taste follows aroma with even more honey, gently spicy hops, light citrus notes, slightly earthy cereal grains, some resin in the finish that lingers a bit.
F: Smooth medium-bodied feel with a lightly rich center and a medium-long moderately drying finish.
O: A lovely tasting beer and watch out for bees if you're drinking this beer outside in the summer! It has a really good feel and I personally like the sweetness against the dry finish. It is excellent in its style.
