On tap at Rockwoods in Otsego, MN in 2025. Initially the look is a bit off-putting. Flavor is peppermint schnapps immediately, tempered with a creamy vanilla. First impression was Shamrock Shake in beer form. However, I’m halfway through it and now actually very much enjoying the flavor, the master brewers at Indeed have done it again: balancing that mint in a way I keep wanting more.
