Pours dark brown with a thick tan head, minimal lacing. Aroma is vanilla, cinnamon, coffee, and roasted malt. Flavor follows the nose. Feel is a bit thin and lightly carbonated. Overall, this rocks. Not too sweet, an excellent pastry beer.
