Very impressed with this offering from the new place for beer in the lovely wine town of Cochem (the brew-pub). Comes from the tap in the same tall, thin 0.3 litre glass all three beers do.
This brew is a cloudy deep yellow beer that has a good white crown of foaming bubbles on top: looks just like a good wiess should.
The aroma given off is a wonderful blend of bananas, vanilla and yeast: the beer is of course very fresh as you can see the tanks as you drink the beer, so the young yeast element is really prominent and gives the beer a spritzy feel.
The taste follows the smells: a lovely beer in all aspects.
