625ml bottle poured into tulip 12/9/12 thanks liamt07 for the bottle
A still golden liquid with just a single big bubble popping up every other second but somehow has a pinky's worth of head that leaves a single thick partial ring of lace
S grape and grains with a metallic edge, more dry cereal and some fruity notes
T not far from the smell really, lots of grains and a slight fruity twang
M body is medium and more then one would expect, nice level of bubbles and a earthy vinous aftertaste
O nothing too write home about and nothing too be ashamed of, another decent beer that's not going to leave a strong impression in either direction
I could take it or leave it, not a style I'm all that familiar with but with so many exciting beers out there I doubt I'll be looking for this one again

Fresh and on tap at the Academy. Medium yellow. Bold bitterness and malts. Definitely the style, decent drinkability though not something I could have every day.Above average mouthfeel, appropriately carbonated. That Creemore lager yeast is prevalent.

Into a tulip at the brewpub.
Crystal clear golden yellow, with a white cap of head. Moderate lacing but good retention. Nose has pale, bready malts, lightly toasty, some sweetness and mild hop character. Taste has sweet, bready pale malts, light graininess and some lighter, grassy hop character. Really nice balance, and some crispiness in the late mouthfeel. Medium body, very mild bitterness. Although rarely an exciting style, this beer is quite nice and certainly quaffable. Good stuff.
