Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a small, white head of bubbly foam. It smelled of tart green apple, some pear and lemon. Nice tart flavor with a salty bite.

Pours straw with a quickly dissipating head.
The aroma is acidic with notes of citrus fruits, it's floral and minerally as well.
Way way saltier than I thought it be. The salt hits immediately giving way to a bright tartness and a slight funkiness. The finish comes back to a minerally flavor mostly salty.
It's mouthfeel is light and refreshing with heavy carbonation.
Overall, this is the first gose I've enjoyed. It's growing on me more and more with each sip.

Pours a nice, soapy white head that has good persistence. Light, golden straw color. Very bright, sour aroma. Starts extremely sour with lovely, bright citrus notes. The sourness subsides and smooth malt comes through. Finish is lingering malt with a touch of citrus.
This is really good. Great sourness, awesome maltiness, and a really lovely citrus aspect. Well done.

Great representation of the gose style. Very similar to the master that is Westbrook.

Lovely pale blonde color with a distinct haze. Srm of 2 maybe. Head fizzles rapidly but starts off at 3 fingers.
Aromas of citric acid, like orange juice or similar; some fruity and floral aromas like a zinfandel or a rose wine. Slight salt on the nose, too.
This gose is a sour lovers beer. Lots of salt, lots of lactic acid and brettomyoces. Lemon lime flavors and tart lactic acid. Not for the faint of heart.
Feel is heavily carbonated, lending to superior drinkability.
G funk is a Gose i will be revisiting in the future. While its more like a cypress blanc or a sour, it still falls within gose territory and is downright delicious!!

Aroma is salt/minerals, tart lemon and a hint of lactic acid/milk. The flavor is lemon/citrus, wheat, salt/minerals, slight Capri Sun/tropical Hawaiian Punch and a very tart finish.
