Pours a slightly hazy golden colour, finger of head with some retention on little lacing. Nose is loaded with fresh ground pepper and citrus rind. Much like the nose the peppery malts have a dominant presence alongside citrus rind, grassy notes, and a bready finish. Medium bodied, smooth and a touch of dryness. Loving the rye malts in this one, love SGBC saisons and the spiciness of this one blends incredibly well. Add some chilies to this brew and it would make a superb chili beer!
