This one went bad and I didn’t cellar it long at all. Maybe four months. Reeked of green apples on the nose, and quite sour a sip. The only other thing coming through was the booziness. Sad.

A: Pitch black with a thin carmel color head that dissipates quickly. Legs for days
N: Boozy..but not in a bad way. I get a lot of Bourbon too..Vanilla and weird but just a little fruit, like pear
T: Very smooth, too easy to drink..way way too easy to drink. Get a lot of bourbon, a bit of coconut too. I get some fresh espresso at the very end of the drink too
M: sticky, thick, rich, lingering
O: This blew my mind. I would say this is one of the best Imp Stouts I've ever had..This is EXACTLY what I look for in a BA Imp Stout. Looking forward to trying more from this brewery
