Look: Cloudy orange in color with a huge, frothy head that billows up and holds as a 3-finger pillow, slowly settling and leaving great lacing behind
Aroma: Clove, wheat malt, wheat bread, ripe bananas, and wafts of lemon-led citrus
Taste: Soft but intense wheat, bread, and cloves jump out fast as banana and citrus phenolics slowly trickle into the mix. Wheat bread and some very subtle earthiness stands out in the middle before banana and clove resurface and lead to the finish
Mouthfeel: Full, soft throughout, medium-high carbonation, and silky smooth and soft on the finish
Overall: This is tasty stuff. A delicious Weissbier that tastes and feels very authentic and hits all the right notes for me as well as per the style. I’ll admit I’m a homer for these folks’ beers as I dig every one that I’ve had and consume them frequently but hadn’t had this in a bit and it’s still objectively awesome

Typical hazy, bright yellow coloured weiss with a small pure white head. Good banana, wheat and bubble gum aromas..slightly spicy Pretty traditional rendition ( as seems to be this brewery thing) bubblegum, banana, spice very nice. Typical hefe mouthfeel. Very drinkable. Overall a good clean traditional rendition. Went well with my Moroccan wings
