Look: Clear darker yellow with a nice head forming with large bubbles that recedes, leaving light lacing
Aroma: Pilsner malt, wet straw, grassy hops, and some earthiness. A little kiss of diacetyl is evident as well
Taste: Comes out swinging with hops – intense grassiness and earthy notes converge on the palate with the pilsner malt close behind to reign things in. Awesome interplay between grassy hops and pilsner malt lingers before a slightly zesty finish
Mouthfeel: Very crisp and clean throughout. Medium carbonation and a mild dryness on the finish
Overall: A delicious Bohemian Pilsner here. I love everything these folks do but hadn’t had their pils in a bit, which I now know was a damn shame. I’m so glad to revisit it – very tasty and well-made. The noble hops really shine in this and it is a huge treat to have this beer and these outstanding brewers as a local. Tasty and highly recommended

Clear straw gold with three fingers of dense white head. Splotches of lace appear as the head slowly drops.
Smell is noble hops with cracker malts.
Taste is noble hops with cracker malts. All German sourced ingredients according to the can label.
Mouthfeel is light with strong carbonation. The finish is dry and mostly bitter.
Overall a tasty German style Pilsner. The pour was messy due to the foam surge after lifting the tab.
Canned on date 12/12/2018.
