Growler from the brew pub served in a pint glass( shaker). Dark golden almost amber colour to the beer small off white head reduces to stubborn attractive lace. Fine estery, yeasty aromas abound, basement, cheese, and fruity cherry. Taste is the same as the aroma..though for a saison it could have stood to be drier in the finish...however its a good beer. Palate is fine..though not dry enough for my tastes. Overall a real tasty treat for a summer evening.
