On cask at Santiam brewpub..a special with a local champion home brewer ( David Swisher). Lovely pull here dark amber/brown with a nice light tan head..that sticks around and when it goes leaves great lace all down the pint glass. Nice roasty malty aroma on this. Taste is very nose roasty,toasty caramel malts..touch of fuggles in the end..smooth.\ Great drinkable mild mouthfeel..some might call it thin i call it excellent working mans beer! Nice to see an authentic Dark Mild here in old Salem
