4 oz pour on tap into tiny pint glass
A: Rich dark body, small off white head.
S: Light rye and bubble gum some chocolate
T: The bubble gum taste reminds me of a Belgian yeast stout and I am not a fan. There is a good deal of sweeness and maybe some sugary chocolate.
M: Medium bodied leaning towards being a tad thin.
O: This stout just didn't do anything for me, if you like belgian stouts this might be up your alley. I couldn't get past the artificial bubble gum taste.

Enjoyed on a lazy Sunday afternoon in Elkhart.
Deep coffee-ish aroma.
Wonderful rich flavor. Dark chocolate, port wine, espresso, maybe a little bit of brandy. Lingering richness in the mouth. Just the right balance between toasted bitterness and sweetness.
Nice smooth mouthfeel.
