12 oz can.

Pours pale yellow with a slight haze to it and a small white head. Where's the voluminous weissbier head? Aroma is subtle and missing any signs of clove, banana, bubble gum... anything, really. The flavor is really lacking any sort of resemblance to a weissbier or even American wheat beer. The feel is too thin and watery. I usually love hefeweizens, but I couldn't finish this can. Poor example of the style.

A gentle pour resulted in a glass full of foamy white soap bubbles. When this subsides, the beer is a clear yellow color.

The smell is wheat with a faint contribution of clove and banana. Very weak on the nose.

The taste follows along with the wheat flavor dominating and not much to balance it out in terms of the typical notes you would expect with this style. Faint lemon and even less strong spice notes with a little banana/bubble gum peeking out. There is a honey-like sweetness that seems somewhat out of place.

The feel is fairly light with good carbonation.

Overall, this is an OK beer. The flavor suffers from a lack of balance between the wheat and other components that should be present but are relegated to the background. The sweetness seems a little misplaced. Would not recommend as a stellar example of the style.

I picked this up at the Binny's store in Bloomingdale, IL as part of a build-your-own six pack for $9.99, making this single 12oz can $1.67.

The beer poured a crystal clear straw yellow color, but you won't see it until after the head subsides. Even with a gentle pour, this beer filled up my entire pint glass with a soapy white foam, so be very careful with the pour or it will overflow the top of the glass very quickly. Even with all that head it dissipated in less than 90 seconds and left zero lacing.

The beer smelled of wheat and clove with just a touch of banana in the background.

The taste followed the smell with lots of wheat and clove, but in the taste there was much more banana flavor along with a kiss of honey. At only 10 IBUs there isn't much hop presence to speak of.

Light to medium mouthfeel but way under carbonated. Could have used a lot more spritz.

It's not a bad Hefe, but there are a lot better ones out there.

Straw yellow, high carbonation. Medium high aroma of wheat and bananas with taste being identical. Well made and easy to drink despite heavy wheat element and the mild banana taste made it seem lighter and was a pleasant part of the overall taste

Pours a clear pale yellow with a frothy head.
Smell is sour bananas and wheat.
Taste if a wheat bomb with a pretty strong banana presence.
A bit heavy handed for me.

Aroma is wheat, spices and a hint of heat. The flavor is bananas, wheat, fruit/citrus, slightly thick in the middle and a tart/very lightly spicy finish.

My first and only beer from Baderbrau. Pours an opaque frosted glass-like honey amber color. The head starts off very tall but recedes at a moderate pace landing at a thin ring after a minute's time. Some residual soap bubbles along the sides of the glass.

Bitter orange on the nose, with baked wheat, banana, clove, and light ashy aromas. Solid.

Flavor wrestles between water/club soda and strong clove, cilantro, and banana. Dare I say that this is a very solid "sessionable" or "hot day" hefeweizen? It's very refeshing but a little watered down. Light ashiness but only on a detectable level, not a flavor color.

Feel is very sharp, biting, carbonated on the tongue, with a delectable creaminess on the back end, leaving a semi-dry parch. Solid.

I got a can of High Noon off the Binnys single shelf. It poured a clear yellow with white head that is not leaving any lace. The scent had faint lemon hints. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink. There is banana and touch of clove in taste. The Mouthfeel is lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's good but far from the best heffe I've had.

Hit the spot on a hot late summer day. Thanks. I'll even give a review.
Drank out of a wide plastic cup, so I had to use my imagination on its looks and a bit less so on aromas.
But taste left no secret, this is a genuine hefe- ... albeit simple, without all the banana, yeasty activity typical from the best Bavarian renditions. Refreshing, wheaty, and finishes dry enough to close the salivary glands to move on to the next style.

Have High Noon on a hot day when you intend on having something else afterwards.
