Drank on tap at the Den Theatre while watching an Ibsen play.
Fudge was good substitute for dessert and was plenty sweet, but not sweet enough to balance out the pessimistic play.
However next time Burnt City releases Fudge, moderate the sweet... and I will moderate the play.
My third from Burnt City, they seem to have settled into their home at District Brew Yards Collective. I wonder if BCB's propensity to brew so many different takes on so many different styles has kept them from expanding their bottom line. Just a thought.
