Thanks Steve.
This was poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance was a semi-clear amber color with a finger's worth of white foamy head that slid off at a good pace. Some speckled lace ran here and there.
The aroma had some lime/citrusy sort of blend up front over top of some cracker/biscuit malts. Smooth semi-sweet malty sort of aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was almost medium bodied as it seemed to be just a touch under creating a great sessionability about it. Carbonation felt spot on. ABV felt appropriate. Pretty smooth for the hop bitterness trying to make a good play for some bitterness.
Overall, pretty nice APA, citra hopped and "West Coast" worthy, somewhat. With that in mind, I'd give this another shot if I could ever get it again.

Bottle Date: whatever 162.7.7 means
Palate Contaminants: other beer

Appearance is a nice dark, clear amber. Moderate-fine carbonation, but little lacing.

The smell is tea and lime. There's definitely malt, but it's not overly sweet. Not complex, but pleasant.

There's a lot more malt in the flavor. The tea is about the same level, but the citrus diminishes. There's just not much else, but what's there is good. Maybe I just got a hold of it too late.

The feel is a bit thin, and the carbonation is medium-coarse.

Crisp and rich the weighty amber body is topped by a light dusting of soapy off white head. Minimal lacing.

Nose has layers of nectar, caramel, citrus and a lightly woody hint.

Where the nose offered subtly enticing nuance, the flavour is much more lackluster. Follows that last woody note but in a much more... absent manner. Some grassy hops and citrus and some bready malts and maybe some of the rich caramel character, but the whole thing feels like it's all meant to be background; like a team full of complementary players without anyone be the centerpiece. More filler -- atmosphere -- than much of else.
Finishes with a dry bitter finish. Decent pale, but there are plenty of others I would reach for first, especially in fresh hop season and especially around here.

On tap at the Red Hot in Tacoma the other day.

The beer pours an orange amber color with fairly decent head retention and light lacing. The nose is attractive in this beer, though I'm not getting much in the way of wet hop character (or citra either for that matter). Still, there's some noticeable citrus, light leafy tobacco and perhaps a hint of watermelon. The flavor profile is a bit better, and I appreciated the long, bitter, dry finish. The finish is very clean and fairly bitter, and the alcohol is nearly undetectable. This is a nicely crafted, well balanced pale ale.

While nothing spectacular, this was still a very pleasant, easy to enjoy pale ale from Silver City.

Very light. Herbal and perfumey. More spritzy than average in the mouth. Color is golden amber with a decent foam in the big Duvel tulip. Light citrus aroma.

An interesting hop flavor that is just plain different. Touch of lime peel and something like orange blossoms, but light. Watery body. Seems very carbonated. From the 22 oz bottle purchased at Skagit River Produce near Conway, Wash.

Despised 22oz bottle poured into shaker. Poured a lightly hazy medium gold color with about 1/2 inch of white head that had good retention and lacing.

The aroma was a bit on the subdued side, low grain aspect on the malt side, and the hops weren't as bright and crisp as I expected. Pretty much the same on the tongue, but a bit brighter and better developed. The citrus wasn't as bold as I'm used to from Citra hops, but (in all fairness) I didn't get around to this one as quickly as I should have/

The body was pretty typical for a Pale, medium and smooth. Drinkability was very good, the 22 was gone quickly. Overall, a pretty nice beer that I probably got a few weeks after it's prime. Worth trying next fresh-hop season, for sure.

22oz bottle poured into a large mug. 09-21-2014 might be printed on the bottom of the side of the bottle -- nearly invisibly. I assume that's a bottled on date.

Pretty beer. Pours clear golden with a medium head, long retention, and looks like the beginnings of a sheet of lacing. Smell is fresh, cut grass, slight honeysuckle.

Taste is lots of straw -- not a terribly hop forward beer in my opinion. Not a bad beer -- but any fresh hop I hope to be more hop forward. Just thinking about a pale ale, it's actually pretty tasty, so I'll try to balance my expectations.

Mouthfeel is light, crisp, dry. Overall, good beer, but not phenomenal.

Poured from a bomber into a tulip. No date that I could find.

Poured a clear copper color with a thin white head that dissipated quickly. Lacing is light and airy.

Aroma was subtle and muted, as often is the case with fresh hops. Peaches and orange blossoms with some grassy dankness.

Flavor was predominately pineapple and tropical fruits with some peach. No malt flavor at all. Nearly none of the citrus that I expected. Finished with a nice crisp bitterness that reminded me of a good pilsner.

Feel was light and dry..

Overall, I enjoyed the beer, but I was expecting more of the citrus flavor that this hop variety usually exhibits.
