I tried this as my first beer at the Bainbridge Island brewery and was not disappointed. It was served in an 11 ounce tulip glass. The nose was hops and citrus, the taste equalled that. It had a sweet taste and just the right amount of bitterness. I'd love to come back and try the bourbon Hoptopus.
