Every year the Washington State Brewer’s Guild runs a collaboration brew for all of it’s member breweries! This year the state was split into 7 regions, with each region asked to produce a West Coast IPA. We partnered up with our friends at Silver City Brewery, Echoes Brewing, Hood Canal Brewery, Rainy Daze Brewing & Moment Brewing to produce a modern West Coast IPA. We used every fancy modern-day trick and all the cutting edge toys we have to bring you a light bodied and crisp IPA with the expected dose of hops that the West Coast is known for!
