A: Poured a nice looking light orangish color with a white whispy head which leaves behind some bubbles and light lacing
S: Mainly citrus here but I do detect hints of a floral bouquet
T: Initial tastebuds detect citrus; some orange peel, a little tropical note and then I pick up a substantial bitterness , more citrsus and flowers appear. The bitterness hangs around until the finish. Speaking of finish, rather dry, crisp refreshing but bitter.
M: Light to medium body, well carbonated, the bitterness remains on the tongue and the back of the mouth for a while
O: My only complaint was this, for me to sit and session this beer I need it to be a little tamer on the bitterness. I had one pint and was ready to move on. The beer tastes great and the bitterness would work well for a full IPA but for me, not as a session IPA.
