Bottle 11.08.16. Strong aroma of clove, bread, spices and grass. Light brown, hazy colour. White two fingered head, poor lacing. Clovy and spicy taste, also bread, banana, yeast. Low bitterness, spicy and grassy character. Bready and little sour aftertaste. Medium carbonated, little fizzy. Full body, nice smooth and little oily texture. Nice and tasty rye beer, high drinkable.

On-draught @ Jabeerwocky in Warsaw. Regrettably brief notes below:
A: No head at all. Murky copper body. An unremarkable look for any style of beer.
Sm: Belgian pale malts, indistinct fruit, estery yeast, no perceptible alcohol.
Average aromatic intensity.
T: Matches the aroma. Simple and shallow, but pleasant. I find none of rye's signature spiciness.
Mf: Smooth, wet, light to medium-bodied, well-carbonated.
O: A very simple plain brew. I find no rye, but maybe they used less than 51+% or something. It's always nice to see more roggenbiers on the market, but the one thing you really have to do is showcase rye malt. Though I guess it's possible the rye used was unmalted?

Orange, copper, cloudy.
Head ecru, very dense, made of fine bubbles, not long remain in a shaker.
Aroma: caramel, bananas, malt and pleasantly herbs.
The taste of caramel very gentle, sweet banana, again very "soft" herbs. The beer is full-bodied, smooth, soft, almost velvety.
Bitterness is soft but still clear enough, herbal, dry, perfectly complements the taste of the beer. Saturation high, fits perfectly. Alcohol does not feel.
