Appearance: Pale, straw-colored, white head, short-lived.
Aroma: Slightly sweet, malty, noticeable Belgian yeast character, mildly spicy, lightly perfumed, distinct fruity notes – especially peach.
Flavor: Tart, peachy, spicy.
Mouthfeel: Noticeable astringency, warming alcohol in the aftertaste, sour finish.
Overall impression: Very pleasant beer; to the best of my knowledge and experience, technically correct and well-executed.
