Pours a hay colored yellow with hints of orange. Lots of visible carbonation, but a thin, short-lived head (consistent with my expectations) Aroma is a wonderful mix of grass, lemon, hay and earthy funk, with a hint of red wine. Very enticing in look and smell.
Brett is quite noticeable on the tongue, and is definitely the first thing I notice. Behind it lurks some lemongrass and plenty of earthy funk. Light and lively.
Overall, this is very well done.
