Look: It pours golden with a bit of clouding. It has a white head with low head retention.
Smell: It has strong pear aromas with the sourness evident. It has notes of apple with some wine like elements that are more white than red. There are also some spicy elements.
Taste: There are pear flavors with tartness and a bit of a sweet red wine flavor mixed with dry white. There are noticeable spices.
