Lemon, spice, orange and apricot greet the nose. Beer pours hazy gold with a lacy 2” off-white foam cap. Very creamy palate with big fruit including apricot, orange, lemon, spice, and biscuit leading to a bitter earthy, citrusy finish. Leaves a little sugar on the lips. Has a very rich, moussey texture

Thanks to Jeff for this one. 750ml waxed and capped bottle into Tired Hands stemware. Shared with schen9303.
Pours a .5 finger fine and foamy light cream colored head with low retention. Beer is a clear brown yellow. Not the most appealing color. Lacing is stringy and spotty with decent cling. Average.
Nose is pineapple, starfruit, yeast and coriander. Subtle and sweet with a nice tropical fruit presence.
Opens pineapple, citrus and starfruit. Very sweet with an awkward acrid bitterness in the back. Foamy and floral in the middle with plenty of spices. Sweet and hoppy finish with a lingering coriander and hop bitter aftertaste. Weird.
Light bodied with moderate carbonation. Prickly and bubbly in the mouth and goes down crisp and refreshing. Messy and dry finish with a filmy, sticky aftertaste. Ok.
This is exactly a cross between an IPA and a saison and I'm sad to say that it doesn't quite work. The aftertaste is a bit long and as a beer trapped between two styles, it doesn't do either particularly well. Appreciated but I wouldn't revisit this one.
