Served on tap in a 12 oz chalice glass
Appearance – Served a hazy golden-orange color with a tiny white head that faded almost instantly to give only the lightest amount of lacing.
Smell – The aroma is of a bready base mixed with some citrus and sugary sweetness, yeast, as well as some spice. With these aromas is a hearty smell of a funky and hay-like aroma that crate a nice farmhouse smell.
Taste – The taste begins on the maltier and breadier side with a decent amount of sweetness. Flavors of sweet citrus and sugar and bread that are first to be meet by the tongue, are soon joined by flavors of yeast and some spice. Along with these are some lighter tropical fruit flavors. Toward the end of the taste the funky, grassy, hay-like and a light spicy flavor come to the tongue and leave a rather funky, yet pleasant flavor on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the beer was on the medium to above average thickness with a lighter level of carbonation. Decent for the style as the creamy body suits the sweeter and maltier flavors well. A little more carbonation may have helped accentuate the funky and spicy flavors though.
Overall – A rather tasty saision with a good flavor and good drinkability.

I tried Otto's new brew the Granja Ale on-tap in August of 2012. It's described as a beer that is... "Brewed with Pilsner malts, styrain aurora hops, and pure agave nectar. Touched with a small amount of Paradise seed" by the brewery.
It pours a dark golden color with prominent lacing. The smell is fruity/yeasts, and there is ample carbonation. The taste is similar, with lots of esters from the yeast and a definite citrus flavor. It's as complex as you'd expect from the yeasts, with just enough hops to keep it honest (certainly not a hoppy beer) and balanced.
Overall a solid offering from Otto's. I'm not terribly familiar with the Saison/Farmhouse style, but I'd compare it to the baby brother of a Tripel. Not as alcoholic, but with similarly complex flavors from the yeast. I'd definitely drink it again, and it was a very solid summer release.
