A traditional Marzenbier. Sweet, elegant malt complexity in the forefront, with a slight Noble hop bitterness to provide a balanced, clean finish. Excellent in a bier garden or on the patio.

Amber color that has bit of a chill haze. A small head forms and quickly settles. Just a little lacing is left behind. Aroma of caramel, toast, and a bit of noble hops. Flavor is on the heavier and sweeter side. A lot of caramel flavor with hints of toast and pepper. Could of used some more hops for balance. Taste similar to a stronger Hacker-Pshorr that is beyond its best by date. Good carbonation for this medium bodied lager.

T: The flavors start malty and mildly sweet offering up bread dough, bread crumb, light bread crust and a hint of toast.
F: This medium to medium light bodied beer is creamy smooth with medium plus, very active carbonation
