It’s easy to stay in the boat or stand on the shore, and wonder ‘what if?’ So, for those who curled their toes over the edge of the bridge and made the leap into the refreshing water below, we celebrate you with our inaugural brew, Bridge West Coast IPA. Here’s to jumping in with both feet. A pronounced West Coast IPA. It drips with dank and piney hop aroma, finishing with smooth floral notes to balance out its malt complexity.

12oz can. No dating information found.
Partly cloudy, pale gold colored body. Two fingers of soapy white head. Leaves behind partial walls of lacing.
Aroma is orange, grapefruit, pine, and a little peach.
Taste has a sweet malt base with the hop flavors of orange, grapefruit, and pine. Some apricot peach in the aftertaste. Some bitterness. Floral taste in the burps.
Softer, medium mouth feel. Very good carbonation. Some numbing of the tongue.
Solid brew, no obvious flaws, but somewhat subdued.
