Interesting take on a winter seasonal in a field overrun by spice box dark ales and imperial stouts. Decent ginger infused beer, but the ginger taste was overpowering. Brilliant gold with a nice eggshell white head. Smell is spicy ginger without much else. Mouthfeel was fine, average, nothing noteworthy or poor. Taste was just far too gingery to be enjoyable. I am not a huge ginger fan to begin with, but in small doses it can be a nice addition. This was just a bit too strong in the ginger department.
