A: 3.5 This a hazy orange-amber beer with a large initial head, though it was airy and faded very quickly after the initial pour.
S: 4 Lots of yeasty phenols in the aroma, always a good saison aroma. The lavender is subtle but detectable underneath.
T: 3.5 Ok, lavender is quite detectable in the flavor--and it's quite high, too high for my taste. Perhaps if this were a stronger beer it could stand up to it, but the lightly fruity, spicy yeastiness gets covered by the floral taste.
M: 4 Good carbonation levels.
O: 3.5 This is almost a good beer. Tweak it, and it could be a very good light saison.
Weighting (percentages): 20, 20, 40, 5, 15. Avg: 362

Quite delicious, easy-drinking local (for south Texas), saison.
This beer, according to the website, is made with lemon zest and lavender blossoms, possessing an ABV of 5.3 with 23 IBUs.
With such a light alcohol volume and an aroma smelling of smoky, light lavender with a bit of skunk on the top notes, this beer renders one with a light embodiment of intoxication with perhaps a hint of a headache (which is probably a result of the chief, and possibly sole complaint described below.
The aftertaste remains, unfortunately, for an eternity, and tastes like chewing flower stems dipped in beer. Seriously.
However it is fragrant, light, and not to heavy, which can be eminently desirable to someone who wants something light and refreshing. As far as I can see, it is enjoyable except for the distinctive, lasting aftertaste.
