Hazy mandarin colour. Smells predominantly of sharp, tart, juicy brettanomyces, with a hint of straw-musk and spices. Tastes medium-bodied and full-flavoured. Tart brett, cranberries, and lingonberries upfront. Quickly replaced by a semifloral hops, a touch of dried apricot and a bit of grapefruit pith, with a semi-musky barnyard and straw funk finish. Lingering funk and brett aftertaste, with a semi-dry palate. Interesting little number.

Poured into a tulip glass at the taproom last December.
Look: Light-colored and slightly hazy.
Smell: Great Belgian smell. Apricots. Little spice.
Taste: The alcohol is hidden very well for being just shy of 10% ABV. Smooth and nice, light malty flavors. Slightly fruity.
Feel: Medium body. Slightly heavier mouthfeel than other Tripel's I've had, but it works very well here.
A great, satisfying Tripel. I hope this one makes another appearance.
