Crisp, drinkable, refreshing and dangerously drinkable, just like the best examples of the style. I wish it had some more malt aroma, by otherwise it's outstanding.

Poured golden in the glass (as the name suggested), with a medium sized white head. Aromas and flavors were yeasty, alcohol heat definitely present and appetizing, some fruity clove and pear, with a hint of peppery spice as well. Medium bodied and chewy mouthfeel with a medium level of carbonation.
