Poured an orange-gold color with an off-white head. Aromas and flavors were sweet honey-drizzled white bread, some floral spring-like qualities, and citrusy fruits with a hint of farmhouse white pepper spice to balance. Not terribly complex, but extremely drinkable and quality.

Consumed August 24th, 2013 at the brewery. Menu board notes 7.2% ABV.
Beer is a slightly cloudy medium yellow. A fine one finger white head crowns the affair.
Honey and clover aromas mingle with the typical siason yeast aroma.
Sweet honey dominates the early part of the taste, followed by the typical powdery, floral saison yeast flavors. The end is more bitter than I expected.
Mouthfeel is typical for the style with a little extra carbonation zing.
Dial back the honey and this one would be a better beer, IMHO.

On tap at Bravery Brewing in Lancaster, CA.
Pours a murky light orange with a foamy bone colored head that settles to a film on top of the beer. Foamy streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, rye, spices, and yeast. Taste is much the same with a citrus flavor on the finish. There is a mild bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer that is tasty and easy to drink.
