Extremely watered down taste. I drain poured it immediately after my third sip as it was consistently bad

A little light, but still nice. Smooth and sweet with light coffee notes.

Consumed at the brewery, August 24th, 2013.
Beer is virtually black with a creamy, nitro-created tan head about 1.5 fingers tall.
Aroma is weak, dark chocolate and coffee.
Flavor is muted due to nitro tap - traces of chocolate and coffee over a lactic base. Disproportionate bitterness on the finish.
Mouthfeel is thin, watery.
Think I'll pass on this one if I see it on again.

On tap at Bravery Brewing in Lancaster, CA.
Pours an opaque black with a foamy dark khaki head that settles to a film on top of the beer. Foamy swaths of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of dark roasted malt, cocoa, cookie dough, and lactose. Taste is much the same with a sweet finish. There is a mild roasty bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and medium bodied mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer that is tasty and easy to drink.
