Poured a slightly hazy yellow-gold in the glass with a nice white head. Aromas and flavors were of some piney bitterness, mint-leaf, earthy hops, with a dry and lingering citrus-berry-pine finish. Extremely drinkable and a unique expression of Los Angeles' IPA scene.

Poured from a 22-ounce bottle, dated June 30th, 2017, a clear light orange/dark yellow under a solid 1-inch thick white head which yields splotchy lace. Aroma is citrus (orange, tangerine, grapefruit) and kiwi/mango tropical. Flavor is piney with some cracker malt. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Finishes bitter and piney. I've got to check the bottling dates much more closely.

22 oz Bomber Poured into a 20 oz Firestone glass. Golden color. The smell is a pine smell with strong hop smell. Not bad for a little local brewery in Lancaster,California.Has a 6.9ABV and a very Hoppy flavor to it.Not in the League of beer like Sculpin but still not to bad.

This IPA pours out gold in color and is very rich in the hoppy scent. From first drink to last the taste is consistent. Full bodied and dry. This is a good go to IPA. The finish is crisp and clean with no lingering finish as with I have scene with some IPA's.

On tap at Bravery Brewing in Lancaster, CA.
Pours a clear orange with a foamy bone head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. A foamy lattice of lace coats the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, citrus fruit, and citrus zest aromas. Taste is much the same with caramel and citrus zest flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is an above average beer that seems fairly subdued all around.

I've had this from multiple brewings for nearly a year. The current 6.9 ABV is not my favorite, but still excellent. The 7.1 ABV (and/or 7.2) has been a bit hoppier, which I prefer. I do not sense any floralness in it, as another This IPA is a flavorful one. It is my favorite (of all West Coast IPAs and the one to which I compare all others now. Each brewing is a little different, Brian is a craft brewer, this is a craft beer, I both expect and appreciate it.
