Pours a cloudy amber colored beer with a big, fizzy white head.
Tastes of white lemon zest, straw and some white bread dough. Reveals a minor spice quality, peppers and orange peel, adding to the straw.
Has a bubbly, well pronounced carbonation among a light, slightly spiced up body.
Tastes of a gushing stony mineralic quality, which mingles together with lemon zest, black peppers and a sweeter turning malt backbone. Turns softer during the mid palate with an aqueous undertone among some straw and toffee malts.
Borderline boring with a light, refreshing body, featuring enough spices to remain entertaining on the palate. Nothing special at all though, not sure how they define their experimental line-up.
