This was a near-immediate Drain Pour.
There was something medicinal and or phenolic involved. The feel was also off. Syrupy and oily. I hope this brew was not as intended and something went wrong after bottling.

There is some weird sweetness going on here. Taste like sweet cherry cough medicine with a thin mouthfeel. I couldn't finish the bomber.

Glass from tap at the brewery in Woodinville, Washington
Appearance: Dark brown-black, opaque, small head, lacing
Aroma: not a lot
Taste: Toasted malt, nutty, can be more full bodied
Mouthfeel: a bit fizzy for a stout, can improve on the follow through
Overall: Very good beer, even got a growler of this beer.

22oz bottle split between a pair of snifters. No dates or codes that I can see. Served at fridge temp.
Pours black, opaque, with a small light brown head. Some fine carbonation. Smell is coffee, mild chocolate, anise.
Taste is sweet with an unpleasant medicinal characteristic. Ignoring the medicine, it's mild. Medicine is too strong to weigh much else.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied and slick. Overall...not a fan. I gave it to my wife, who noticed an odd sweetness but did not experience the unpleasant medicinal flavor.
