Tap @ Moeder Lambic. Pale, hazy yellow color, with a decent white head.
Aromas of wheat, apricot, spices and belgium yeast.
Begins with soft yeast, oak and lemon, while hints of juicy apricot shine through. Palate gets coated up by a pleasant dry, refreshing mouthfeel, as the fruits begin to vanish. Apricot doesn’t change the whole character of the beer, but adds a real unique, well fitting touch to it.
