Quinces harvested in a corner of an orchard, slaughtered, washed and pressed to extract the juice and let them ferment naturally, thus expressing all the aromas of this unloved fruit, are mixed with our season √225 classic matured in barrels of St. Bon-Chien.

330 mL Bottle. ABV 6%
Appearance: Veiled honey/yellow gold, Under a finger of off-white creamy/frothy head, Medium carbonation, Good lacing, Thin cap remains.
Aroma: Very yeasty, Farmhouse, Citrus, Fuzzy peach, Spice, Lemongrass.
Mouthfeel: Under medium body, Effervescent, Slight creaminess
Flavour: Citrus, Farmhouse funk, Spice, Wheat, Stone fruit.
Overall: This was a well done saison and was very nicely balanced. It is complex enough and I would try it again.
