Poured at fridge temp. Pours a murky yellow with white head. Nose is lemon, apple, smoke, funk, leather, and smoked ham. Taste is smoked ham, lemon, tart, sour, bread, and funk. Overall, dry with a mix of sweet and bitter on the aftertaste. Very good beer.
