This is the 13th anniversary beer brewed with Japanese Pink Ginger.
A wonderful aroma with just the right amount of tartness and fruitiness.
Med thin body, clean with a nice frothy carbonation.
Clean fruitiness and nice tartness upfront with a slight acidity.
Notes of hay and a nice funkiness throughout and a nice ginger note.
Finishes with a lingering sourness and slight cirtrus acidity, with undertones of green apple, ginger, and an interesting spiciness.
Overall; very unique and delicious to drink because of it's amazing balance and with the ginger cleansing your palate as you sip it, you look forward to the next sip. Slightly high abv for a beer that fits a gueze-esque flavor profile, yet alcohol was non existent!
Thanks Simon from La Cave a Bulles for sharing this gem!
