On tap at brewery:
Clear golden, multiple streams of carbonation sustaining a half-centimeter head (believe it’s an etched glass). Lacing is in huge splotches.
Nose is slightly weak, a mix of malt, citrus, and grassy earthiness. Taste has a little bite to the earthy malt and hop base. Citrus notes accent a beer that gains a classic piney note, but not one that overtakes the beer.
This actually seemed a little more bitter on the first sips, but a more fruity/floral aspect tee into the citrus note I mentioned. The piney aspect was subtle but enjoyable, and I wish it were a tad more assertive to kick it up a notch.

32 ounce growler
Served in a JAFB tulip glass
This beer pours amber in color with golden highlights. It is topped with three inches of off white head that leaves very little lacing.
The aroma has some sweet notes of light fruit. I also get some light citrus and tropical fruit.
It starts out with some sweetness from the malt. Then I get some citrus with grapefruit being the most noticeable flavor. The finish is grapefruit and a little resin.
Moderate to medium mouthfeel
It is another solid IPA from JAFB, but it is not the best that I have had from there. Nothing really jumps out at me with this IPA compared to some of JAFB's other hoppy offerings.
