32 ounce crowler
Served in a JAFB glass
This beer pours a turbid orangish yellow color and topped with a couple inches of tan head that leaves no lacing.
I first notice a fresh mango aroma. I also smell citrus with hints of pine.
It tastes like a west coast IPA with mango purée. I get the mango right away. Citrus rushes in after the initial mango flavor. Grapefruit and pine finish it. There is some lingering bitterness.
Full bodied with a creamy mouthfeel
This is an interesting beer. I expected a fruity NEIPA and was met with a fruity, old school, bitter IPA. I like it. I had to reset my expectations after the initial taste, but I really enjoyed it as I do most of JAFB's offerings.

Mango puree!--appearance is opaque yellow-orange with a minimal, creamy fluid film leaving some drooping lace.
Smell is creamy vanilla, lemon, orange, pineapple-mango and spicy peppery dankness.
Via a medium body with a big froth and almost fully dry finish, taste starts with a tangy bite of spiced orange and mango followed by cannabis, lemon, and onion accents.
This is really good for a fruited IPA, which usually go off the rails, especially when mango is used.
