Served in a snifter
This beer pours a deep shade of brown. It is topped with a couple inches of tan head that leaves little lacing.
Cinnamon is the standout in the smell. I get a little chocolate, coffee, and pepper, but the cinnamon is the dominant force.
Cinnamon dominates the flavor as well. The is some coffee and pepper flavors, but this is a cinnamon bomb.
Fairly full bodied with smooth, creamy mouthfeel
This is a pretty darn good beer. I am not a lover of cinnamon, but those who are will love this beer.
