A stupendous beer. Almost glowing peach flesh tinted gold with persistent lacing. The perfect carbonation and feel that are hallmarks of Apothecary beers. The strawberry is woven into a slightly funky stone fruit web, veins of minerality and creamy chardonnay. The best strawberry beer I've had.

Nose is a nice blend of Chardonnay wine barrel and wood with an explosion of strawberry. No bandaids present nor any artificial strawberry.
Taste is similar to the nose, all strawberry up front and Chardonnay all on the backbone. Fair bit of carbonation compliments the wine presence, and the finish persists for a while.
Probably the best strawberry wild ale I've had.
