750 mL bottle. Pours with a fleeting white head that vanishes leaving a lightly hazy pinkish orange body. Smells of vanilla, oak, red wine, coffee, a little vinegar, and sweet caramel. Tastes of sweet coffee, caramel, honey up front. Red wine sourness. Bourbon? Oak. Vanilla. A hint of vinegar in the back end. Medium heavy. Fascinating and delicious.
