750 mL bottle. Deep hazy amber. Smells of light vinegar, sweet honey and caramel, some red wine. Tastes of sweet honey and caramel up front. Floral and sweet as red wine and vinegar acidity build. It starts to taste like port and suddenly a bitter oxidation builds and takes over the finish. Kinda unpleasant. Heavy. The initial sips are classic Ale Apothecary, but the oxidation ruins the finish.
