Mixed fermentation ale aged in wine barrels. Blend of approx. 20 different ales as part of our beer recover program. Aged on fresh, hand-picked manzanita flowers. 286 bottles produced. Oregon honey + sour wort + our yeast = 100% natural carbonation from bottle fermentation.
750 mL bottle, dated 6/28/2017. Hazy deep orange. Smells of honey, lots of oak and vanilla, floral, a little metallic. Tastes of a little lemon, stone fruit tartness, some grass and honey. Bitter and floral back end. Oaky too. Medium heavy, typical of AA. Well carbonated. Good.
