Aged for over a year in red wine barrels. Hilario brims with jammy notes of black cherries and raspberries. Wild cultures impart an earthy funk that rounds out the brew's tart profile. Hilario was then bottle conditioned with fig juice, creating a fruity depth that bursts with hints of dates, plums and candied apricot.
